Executive Assistant @EliteExecs
As an executive assistant Deborah provides support for senior management with organisation, scheduling, correspondence, human resources, and meetings. She also takes responsibility and project management, deadline compliance, and important documents and files.
Bio
"I have been part of the EliteExecs team, since September 2021 bringing a variety of skills, with over 20 years of experience as an Executive Assistant for a Global Pharmaceutical company and my main area is with Human Resources. A very diverse role from daily support to the Senior HR Director from diary management, travel and expenses to joiners, leavers, payroll, pension and much more….
I am married, have a son, a rescue cat ‘Patch’ and a dog named ‘Yellow’ who's an English Springer Spaniel. My interests are gardening, lots of walking, and socialising."

Janice Byrd
Vendor Contract Alliance Management @EliteExecs
Janice was a registered nurse, with over 30 years served in the Pharmaceutical Industry. She has extensive knowledge in global leadership and line management experience, relating to contract management, partner/vendor relationship management and outsourcing activities. She also has experience in vendor alliance and outsourced models, involving clinical and pharmacovigilance contract management, on a global scale.
She has the ability to identify areas for process improvement, strong leadership skills, identifying and creating procedures leading to innovative solutions to maintain global compliance.

"When I don’t have my work hat on my significant other and I love the great outdoors, skiing, cycling and touring the UK and Europe in our Camper van #itisnotonthescaleofMeettheFockers. My granddaughter keeps us very busy too."

Jo Curtis

Jo is experienced in production, people management, stock control, risk assessments & customer services whilst managing a production & logistics team for over 10 years whilst working in a management position at an office supplies company.
She has enhanced event, health and safety and accounts management skills whilst also managing the family business.

"I have been looking after the EliteExecs' accounts for over a year, while my head is not in the books I am taking care of my family whilst my husband and I have been building our home and business in Devon. In 2021 we bought a 3 acre property with a beautiful woodland in hopes to set up a small holding and to practice a more sustainable way of living.
Our menagerie consists of Wilbur and Charlotte, our cross Berkshire-Kune Kune rescue pigs, Lily, Fizz and Bullseye, our Pigmy goats, Holly and Nibbles, our rescue rabbits, Walt, Flat White, Skinny Latte, Geoffrey and other chicken friends, Mike and Sulley our two budgies and our lovely dogs, Bob, Charlie and Milli...to name a few!"

"I’m a busy mum of two primary school aged children, a wife and a dog-mum to my Dachshund cross Jack Russell, Rosie. As a film graduate, I’m a huge fan of movies, I am a full time history geek and a former beauty blogger which allowed me the opportunity to express my creativity through a combination of the written word and beautiful, self-taught photography."
