Julie Murray

Director @EliteExecs


With a wealth of experience gained through a variety of pharmaceutical businesses from small sized to large corporate models, Julie has trained as a Responsible Person in Good Distribution Practice and has experience with MHRA inspections and third party audits. 


“Hi, I'm Julie one of the founders of EliteExecs Ltd.  Running my own business was never on my bucket list, come to think of it neither was having children, but look how that worked out for me. I am a mother of two, one daughter who works in business administration and one son in secondary school. Due to a restructure in my previous employed role I found myself wondering what to do next and here I am with my own virtual support company, and I love it. Believe it or not I also have some spare time which is filled with playing field hockey and working out.”


Karen M'Hamdi

Director @EliteExecs


With a wealth of experience in administration/executive administration, Karen has extensive knowledge in Process Improvement across a variety of business sectors. She's also experienced in Event Management and has organised all company Forum meetings and Christmas events for over 300 attendees.


“Hi, I am Karen also one of the founders of EliteExecs Ltd. 

EliteExecs Ltd. was born from an idea Julie and I thought about and started to plan back in 2015. However, both of us were still in fulltime employment so decided to wait until we could give our company 100%. Following a company restructure my contract ended in 2017 after 10+ years at which point I decided to take time out and planned a few road trips around Europe with my husband. We have family commitments in both the UK and Tunisia and decided to reside in both countries throughout this time. Julie’s employment status changed so we then put our plans into action and launched EliteExecs earlier in 2020. Some time later we are both still very excited and are enjoying building our company.

I'm married and have four children, two daughters, two sons. I also have and 3 grandchildren. In my spare time I love to travel, swim, read and most importantly spend time with and support my family.”


Deborah McCadden

Executive Assistant @EliteExecs

As an executive assistant Deborah provides support for senior management with organisation, scheduling, correspondence, human resources, and meetings. She also takes responsibility and project management, deadline compliance, and important documents and files.


I have been part of the EliteExecs team, since September 2021 bringing a variety of skills, with over 20 years of experience as an Executive Assistant for a Global Pharmaceutical company and my main area is with Human Resources. A very diverse role from daily support to the Senior HR Director from diary management, travel and expenses to joiners, leavers, payroll, pension and much more….


I am married, have a son, a rescue cat ‘Patch’ and a dog named ‘Yellow’ who's an English Springer Spaniel. My interests are gardening, lots of walking, and socialising (when we can). 


Janice Byrd

Vendor Contract Alliance Management @EliteExecs


Janice was a registered nurse, with over 30 years served in the Pharmaceutical Industry. She has extensive knowledge in global leadership and line management experience, relating to contract management, partner/vendor relationship management and outsourcing activities. She also has experience in vendor alliance and outsourced models, involving clinical and pharmacovigilance contract management, on a global scale.

She has the ability to identify areas for process improvement, strong leadership skills, identifying and creating procedures leading to innovative solutions to maintain global compliance.


"When I don’t have my work hat on my significant other and I love the great outdoors, skiing, cycling and touring the UK and Europe in our Camper van #itisnotonthescaleofMeettheFockers.  My granddaughter keeps us very busy too."


Holly Mackay

Marketing & Social Media Manager @EliteExecs


Holly manages the marketing, social media and advertising side of our business as well as writing content for our blog. She's currently studying for a marketing degree at the University of Hertfordshire.


“Hi! I’m Holly and I'm the resident marketer at EliteExecs, I've been in this role for over two years now and have learned so many new skills that have made my degree a whole lot easier. In my spare time I enjoy the theatre, creating social media content and writing for my personal blog."
