We offer top quality, executive PAs for start-up, bio-tech and pharmaceutical companies. We also offer event management, pharmaceutical services, HR consultancy, admin support, social media management as well as vendor contract alliance management.

What is a virtual assistant?

A self-employed assistant who specialises in offering Executive PA services to clients remotely.

How much experience do you have in virtual assistance?

We do not measure ourselves against our experiences as VA’s, it is more about previous experience gained as an Executive Assistant or other administrative roles.  Amongst our team we have over 30 years experience.

What makes your business unique?

Our goal is to provide a flexible and tailored service which will allow you to concentrate on your business without having to worry about the day to day that comes with running your business. EliteExecs provides a full service as a virtual support company. This means that we are fully engaged in our clients’ daily tasks necessary to operate their businesses efficiently and effectively. We handle the administrative tasks so our clients are able to focus on generating revenue for their business.

Can my Virtual Assistant work on holidays, weekends, or after-hours?

Having no fixed business model allows us to offer our clients bespoke packages which allows for this flexibility.

Will I meet my Virtual Assistant in person?

This is dependent on your location although we will always try and ensure we meet face to face initially.  If this is not possible then we would arrange a Teams or Zoom meeting.

What are the benefits of having a virtual assistant?

Reduced resource costs, flexibility, increases clients productivity and allows them to focus on the business rather than the day to day.

When does my virtual assistant work?

A majority of our clients require 9-5, however, we are happy to discuss your requirements outside of the standard business hours.

How does billing work?

You will be billed at the end of each month for the hours worked.  Depending on what was agreed initially this will either be based on an hourly rate or daily rate.
