What is a virtual assistant?
A self-employed assistant who specialises in offering Executive PA services to clients remotely.
How much experience do you have in the services you provide?
Amongst our team, we have over 50 years of experience across the services we provide.
What makes your business unique?
Our goal is to provide a flexible and tailored service which will allow you to concentrate on your business without having to worry about the day-to-day that comes with running it. EliteExecs provides a full service as a virtual support company. A dedicated VA will be assigned to support you, working around hours that suit you best.
Can my Virtual Assistant work on holidays, weekends, or after-hours?
Having no fixed business model allows us to offer our clients bespoke packages which allows for this flexibility.
Will I meet my Virtual Assistant in person?
This is dependent on your location although we will always try and ensure we meet face to face initially. If this is not possible then we would arrange a Teams or Zoom meeting. We will ensure that your VA is available to be on-site as and when required (UK only).
What are the benefits of having a virtual assistant?
Reduced resource costs, flexibility, increases clients productivity and allows them to focus on the business rather than the mundane tasks.
When does my virtual assistant work?
A majority of our clients require 9-5, however, we are happy to discuss your requirements outside of the standard business hours.
How does billing work?
You will be billed at the end of each month for the hours worked. Depending on what was agreed initially this will either be based on an hourly rate or daily rate.
